I need to answer my challenge questions whenever I login, even though I've used the Enhanced Security Login to enroll my computer. This happens when the cookies on your computer are deleted regularly. To avoid this, download Macromedia player to place a copy of a secure cookie within your computer's system which will access it if the Enhanced Security Login cookie gets deleted again. The download for this can be found at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/.

Is Your PC Secure? WESTconsin Online can become disrupted due to a virus, adware, spyware, or browser high jacking. If this occurs, a message usually displays as: Session Corrupt. Common signs for viruses and malware include the following: pop-up windows, slower PC operation, internet home page changes without authorization, unexplained PC lockups or errors, not being able to access web pages, and new, unfamiliar icons appearing on your desktop or system tray.

It is best to make sure you have current anti-virus and spyware protection installed on your PC. Virus protection typically costs money, but it is well worth the peace of mind when your personal information is at stake. There are some spyware protection programs that are free of charge, including Windows Defender and Spybot Search and Destroy. Make sure your software has the latest protection files, runs regular scans and has real-time protection enabled.
