WESTconsin Online lets you manage your accounts from almost
anywhere. It is a secure web access to your accounts and is available 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. WESTconsin Online is convenient, safe, easy, and it is FREE!

Three Steps to Getting Started with WESTconsin Online

Begin by
clicking here. Or, you
may also choose the Online Account Access icon that is located on all pages.

At the login screen, enter your base WESTconsin Credit Union account number
(with no suffixes) in the Member Number box.

Enter your four-digit CALL-24
PIN in the Password box. If you do not have a CALL-24 PIN, contact us by
clicking here or calling (800)
924-0022 to get one. Note—you will be required to change your WESTconsin
Online account password after you successfully login.
Adding Enhanced Login Security
Enhanced Login Security is a mandatory feature that adds extra protection to
your online banking account and to your computer by preventing an unauthorized
person from accessing your account information.
During your initial setup visit to WESTconsin Online you will be asked to
select three challenge questions, questions that only you would know the answers
to. After you complete the challenge questions you will be asked whether or not
to remember this computer. You should check this option when using a computer
that you have private access to, such as your home or work computer. This option
enables you to access your WESTconsin Online account without needing to
answer the challenge questions each time you login because the system recognizes
the computer as enrolled. You should not check this option whenever you
are using a publicly shared computer, such as one from a library or internet
café. In these instances, you will receive the notice of “You are seeing this
message because you are using Enhanced Login Security… To continue, please
answer the following security validation questions” along with a prompt to the
challenge questions.
You may enroll several computers with Enhanced Login Security. Along with the
ability of resetting your password, you can also change your challenge questions
and answers through User Options.
For Your Safety
Reputable organizations, such as WESTconsin Credit Union, will never
contact you by phone or email to ask you for your personal or financial
information. If you receive a suspicious email, phone call, or letter please do
not respond. If an item appears to come from WESTconsin Credit Union,
contact our Service Center at (800) 924-0022 to verify the validity of the
inquiry.
Online Services Instructions
It’s easy to manage all suffixes at a single glance. You can transfer funds between suffixes and linked household accounts. To have your household accounts linked, please contact a WESTconsin representative for assistance.
Easy-to-Follow Steps
Begin by logging into your WESTconsin Online account by clicking here. If you do not have an online account, follow the instructions listed above.
Click on the Account Summary tab on the left side of the screen.
Click any account title to view a detailed report on that account, including a listing of all transactions and to view images of cleared checks.
To transfer funds immediately, use the Quick Transfer option at the bottom of the screen. Just type in the amount you wish to transfer, select your source and destination, and click on Transfer Funds. A confirmation window will appear giving you an opportunity to review your transaction and confirm or cancel the transfer.
If you need to set up a funds transfer to take place in the future, select Scheduled Transfers where you can enter the date and frequency, or define a series of recurring transfers.
With WESTconsin Online, you’ll have anytime access to your WESTconsin Credit Union Visa credit card account. Upon logging in, click on the Credit Card tab on the left side of the screen. From here, you will have the ability to manage various credit card features such as:
- Generating activity reports and eStatements
- Making payments
- Checking CURewards points balances
- Accessing the CURewards catalog and redeeming earned points
WESTconsin Credit Union makes it easy and convenient to apply for loans when the timing is right for you. We provide a fully secure online application process that will enable you to submit your loan request within minutes! You can apply online for personal loans, credit cards, and mortgages.
Easy-to-Follow Steps
Begin by logging into your WESTconsin Online account by clicking here. If you do not have an online account, follow the instructions listed above.
Click on the Loan Application tab which will take you to our secure WebLoan portal.
Login using your member number and your Call-24 PIN number.
Select the particular loan type you are seeking and follow the easy to complete steps.
At the final step, select Submit to send your application electronically. If you prefer, you may also print a copy of the loan application and mail or fax it to your local WESTconsin Credit Union office.
Once your application has been submitted, a friendly and knowledgeable WESTconsin Service Representative will contact you by phone to finalize the details.
You can customize your WESTconsin Online settings to make it more useful to your preferences. Upon logging in, click on the User Options tab. Options include:
Change Password—For your protection, you should avoid using easily guessed terms such as names of family members or pets, birthdates or other information accessible through public records. It is a good idea to change your password from time to time. Remember your passwords are case sensitive.
Change Timeout—For your security, our online account access system will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity. Adjust the length of the timeout period using this option.
Enhanced Login Security—This mandated feature adds extra security beyond just your password.
Email Address—It is important to enter your email address and keep it up to date so the online account access system can contact you about your accounts.
History Date Range—Set the date range for the transaction list that first appears when you enter an account detail screen.
Default History Sort Order—Set the way you prefer transactions sorted when you enter an account detail screen.
Change Start Page—Choose which screen you’d like to view first each time you log in.
Change Account Nicknames—Change the descriptive names of your accounts, so they are easily recognizable. You can also control which accounts are displayed.
Challenge Question Setup—Use this option to select the questions and answers that will validate your identity should you forget your password.
