| POSITION SUMMARY |
Responsible for performing routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing. Understands and offers WCU products to members that will help them achieve financial success. |
| SKILL REQUIREMENTS |
Must have excellent member service skills and attention to detail, demonstrated in past retail or financial experience. Must be comfortable using a proactive approach to identifying member needs and offering products and services to meet those needs. |

| SKILL REQUIREMENTS |
- Experience within the financial service industry in interacting with clients and meeting their financial needs
- FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and Series 65 and/or 66
- State of WI and MN Life/Health Licenses
- LUTCF, CLU, ChFC, or CFP designation or working towards the completion of one of these programs
- Valid Driver’s License
