| POSITION SUMMARY |
Our Mortgage Loan Originator position is responsible for selling and servicing real estate loan products and is paid on a full commission basis. Primary duties include interviewing real estate loan applicants, gathering and analyzing credit information, arranging for property appraisals, title work, well and septic verifications and flood checks, selling applicable insurance, approving or denying real estate applications, communicating loan decisions to members, closing real estate loans, and developing real estate loans through outside contacts with realtors, contractors, other institutions, trade shows and member seminars. |
| SKILL REQUIREMENTS |
A minimum of 5 years of experience (or a combination of
education and experience) in real estate/mortgage origination with demonstrated sales ability and excellent written and oral communication skills are required. |

| POSITION SUMMARY |
This position will be responsible for underwriting real estate loans including in-house (portfolio) loans, Fannie Mae (FNMA), and FHA loans. This person is responsible and accountable for the credit, appraisal and property condition to meet secondary market or in-house loan requirements at the time of closing. They are also responsible to ensure the loan is in compliance with all federal and state requirements.. |
